cafe con leche
One of my new favorite things here...cafe con leche. They make very strong coffee and balance it out with hot milk. So delicious! And...my host mom said that she milks the cow herself to get their milk! I expressed interest in going with her the next time she does...usually Saturday's. I've always wanted to milk a cow! Today we're going to walk around the city and later go to their church a little outside of Cuenca. At breakfast today, they said that they hope I feel comfortable and that they would love it if I came to visit after the two months is up! Their daughter lives in New Haven, CT and Carmen's sister lives in Bristol. Que chevare! (How cool!)

hahaha you're gonna come back more country than me! and milking a cow is a lot harder than it looks so be prepared. :) I'm also very impressed with your new favorite thing. Who knew your taste could change so much in such a short amount of time! I love you best friend. And I'm praying for you. Please be safe.
